Anna teaching in NYC in March at Judson Memorial Church

March 13, 2010 from 10am to 5pm
Hey All-Thought I'd pass along that Anna is teaching a one day workshop in NYC coming up in March. She is in town because our friend/colleague Dohee Lee is performing at Carnegie Hall with Kronos Quartet. Both are highly recommended. -Thttp://www.movementresearch.org/blog/?p=1193See More

and wait.

We are lost.

And then there is always ‘in retrospect’.

Hmm..

Retrospect is a long word.

May I be peaceful and at ease.

May you be filled with loving kindness.

May you be well.

May you be peaceful and at ease.

May you be happy.

May (person of your choice) be filled with loving kindness.

May (person of your choice) be well.

May (person of your choice) be peaceful and at ease.

I broke the lid to my crockpot in front of my door this afternoon when I arrived home!

It must be a sign...

that I need a new crockpot lid.

but maybe something else too.
